Salt designs fibre optic and power cable laying vessels. Over the recent years, our team has been involved in design development with major construction companies, shipowners and cable manufacturers specialising in the production of electrical cables and optical fibres for use in the energy and telecom sectors. Working with industry leaders has resulted in an in-depth understanding of how to design and build cost-efficient cable layers and how to integrate complex mission equipment into the vessel design.
