2x Salt designed Offshore Construction Vessels ordered

An undisclosed first-class European Shipowner has ordered two Offshore Construction Vessels (OCVs) with an option for two additional Vessels from PaxOcean’s shipyard in Zhoushan, China.

The vessels are based on the SALT 310 OCV design, featuring:

  • Length Overall (LOA): 123.4 meters

  • Breadth: 25.0 meters

  • Deck Area: 1,750 square meters

  • Personnel On Board (POB): 123

  • Offshore Crane (AHC) : 250t

Salt Ship Design will deliver a comprehensive design package, including detailed engineering for the project.

The new SALT 310 OCVs are prepared for alternative fuel, and includes preparations for two cable carousels below main deck.
